Authors must Register/Log in to submit their manuscripts through the integrated submission system on the Journal's website.

Upon receipt, the Editorial Board will conduct an initial screening regarding the formatting, completeness of the submission dossier, research ethics, and alignment with the Journal's publication scope. Manuscripts that meet these preliminary requirements will enter the peer-review process.
Review results and revision requests (if any) will be sent to the corresponding author via email.

The manuscript, prepared strictly in accordance with the Journal's formatting guidelines.
A commitment letter signed by all co-authors.
The approval decision/documentation from an Institutional Review Board (IRB) / Ethics Committee (required if the study involves human participants or uses health-related data).
Other relevant supporting documents (if applicable).
The submitted manuscript must be original and must not have been previously published or currently under consideration by any other domestic or international journal/publication.
An individual author can be named as the first author on a maximum of three (3) manuscripts per single journal issue.
Authors bear full public and legal responsibility under Vietnamese regulations for the content of their submitted manuscripts.

Authors must carefully review the author list and its order before submission. The official author list must be finalized and provided at the time of initial submission.
Adding, deleting, or rearranging author names in the authorship list is only permitted before the manuscript is officially accepted and is subject to the approval of the Editorial Board. To request such changes, the corresponding author must provide the Editorial Board with:
A clear reason for modifying the author list.
Written confirmation (via email or letter) from all authors expressing their consent to the addition, removal, or rearrangement. If an author is being added or removed, written confirmation from that specific author is also strictly required.
The Editorial Office will only consider adding, deleting, or rearranging authors after acceptance under exceptional circumstances. While the editors review the modification request, publication of the manuscript will be suspended. If the manuscript has already been published in an online issue, the Editorial Board will issue a formal corrigendum/erratum notice for any approved changes.
Any study involving human participants, patient data, or biological specimens must be approved by a recognized Biomedical Research Ethics Committee (IRB). Authors must commit to adhering to the principles of research ethics and ensuring the confidentiality of participant information.
Before submitting, authors are requested to verify the following:
[ ] The manuscript strictly follows the required layout and formatting rules; it has been fully spell-checked.
[ ] The submission contains an English abstract, keywords, corresponding author contact details, and a reference list formatted according to the Vancouver style.
[ ] Tables and figures are properly presented according to the guidelines.
[ ] The commitment letter is fully signed by all co-authors.
[ ] The Ethics Committee approval decision is included (exempt for review papers and commentaries).
