Commitment to Responsibility

The entire editorial and publishing process of the Journal is built on a foundation of integrity, transparency, and accountability of all participating parties, including authors, reviewers, and the Editorial Board. The principles below are based on the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Author Responsibility

Authors are fully responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and independence of their submitted research.

Copyright. The author list includes only individuals who have made substantial contributions to the formation, development, or analysis of the research. Any changes to the order or composition of authors after submission must have the written consent of the entire author group and must be promptly notified to the Editorial Board.

Origin and Publication Exclusivity. The author confirms that this paper is original research, has not been published in any form, and is not currently under review for publication in any other journal or publication at the time of submission.

Integrity in data and results. The author is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all data, methods, and research results presented in the paper. Any falsification, distortion of data, or selective reporting of results is strictly prohibited. The author is obligated to provide original data when requested by the Editorial Board or reviewers.

Plagiarism and citations. All forms of plagiarism—including verbatim copying, rephrasing without citing the source, or self-plagiarism from the author's own previous work—are strictly prohibited. All references must be cited fully, accurately, and in the format specified by the Journal.

No duplicate publication. Authors are not permitted to publish the same research content in multiple publications, or to split the results of a study into several separate articles in an unreasonable manner (salami slicing).

Conflict of Interest Declaration. Authors are responsible for fully and truthfully declaring any conflicts of interest that may affect the results or interpretation of the research, including financial, personal, or institutional relationships. If there is no conflict of interest, the author must state: "The authors declare that there is no conflict of interest related to this study."

Research Ethics. All research involving humans or experimental animals must be conducted in accordance with current research ethics regulations and must have written approval from a competent Ethics Committee. Information regarding ethical approval must be clearly presented in the article.

Post-Publication Correction. When errors or inaccuracies are discovered in a published article, the author is responsible for promptly notifying the Editorial Board for coordinated action, including publishing corrections or withdrawing the article depending on the severity of the error.

Editorial Board Responsibilities

The Editorial Board is responsible for ensuring fairness, objectivity, and confidentiality throughout the entire process of receiving, reviewing, and publishing articles.

Publication Decisions. Decisions to accept or reject articles are based entirely on scientific value, novelty, relevance to the scope of the Journal, and the opinions of independent reviewers. All decisions are made independently and are not influenced by any commercial or personal pressure.

Double-blind peer review. The Journal applies a double-blind peer review process with at least two independent experts for each article to ensure objectivity and impartiality in evaluation.

Non-discrimination. The Editorial Board is committed to reviewing all articles equally, without discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, nationality, affiliation, or personal views of the author.

Information Confidentiality. The content of the manuscript, the author's identity, and the identity of the reviewers are kept strictly confidential throughout the review process. Manuscript information will not be disclosed to any third party without the approval of the Editor-in-Chief.

Conflict of Interest within the Editorial Board. Members of the Editorial Board must withdraw from the article processing process if they have any conflict of interest with the author or the research content, and transfer the processing to another member without a conflict of interest.

Reviewer's Responsibilities

Reviewers play a crucial role in ensuring the scientific quality of the Journal. Reviewers are responsible for conducting objective, timely, and confidential evaluations.

Objectivity and Constructiveness. Review comments must be based on scientific evidence, presented clearly, politely, and constructively. Reviewers must not make personal opinions or judgments about the author.

Confidentiality is paramount. Manuscripts submitted for review are confidential. Reviewers may not share, quote, or use any content of the manuscript for personal purposes without the permission of the Editor-in-Chief.

Conflict of Interest Declaration: Reviewers must decline a review if they believe they have a conflict of interest with the author or the research content.
